The wooden cottage was built at the end of the 18th century and was expanded at the end of the 19th century. It is an example of the oldest style of houses at the Podhale region. Traditionally, the cottage was inhabited by the Zakopane’s legendary folk-tale narrator – Jan Krzeptowski-Sabala. Today, it houses a private museum.
