My wife and I have stayed at the Willa Orla three times now and we have never been disappointed by the accomodation, staff, dining. It is a very charming villa, and adheres to the authentic architecture and decor that is found in the Podhale region. The rates are very affordable, especially if you stay in the off-season.

Basic accommodation but comfortable. The cat at the recetpion was off putting and scary for me and would be the only reason i would not return.

The main road is closed and this place made no effort to warn us or tell us how to get there. We even called for directions, and they were of no help. Otherwise, clean and some bang for the buck. Free internet is a nice perk.

facilities were satisfactory. bedrooms ok, although there was no cleaning carried out during the stay. the electrics in willa orla did not appear to be very safe as plug sockets were not fixed safely to the walls. Breakfast was fine. check out was delayed due to a lack of staff.

Hi I found the Willa Orla to be very friendly and good authentic accommodation for the area. Maybe a little bit too much for people that dont like to walk so far but was ok for me and my children. I would consider booking again and I love Zakopane so much!! Regards Mark
